Preheat the oven to 175C Grease and line a 9" square tin Grate the zucchini |
| 60 g Cocoa 175 g Flour 1 tsp Cinnamon 3 tsp Baking powder 1/2 tsp Salt 1 tsp Vanilla essence 300 g sugar |
Mix dry ingredients |
| 3 Eggs 90 g Oil |
add eggs and oil and blend together Mix in the zucchini Put into the baking tin cook for 1 hour |
